BOOKING PROCEDURES

Locum Positions

We will be in touch with clients regularly to update them on the search for their perfect candidate. We will provide you with full details of that candidate including an up to date CV, references and any compliance documentation required. Once the booking has been confirmed we will send you a confirmation outlining all necessary details of the placement. On the candidates first day we will call you to check that they have arrived and that everything is ok. We will stay in contact with you throughout the placement to ensure that there are no problems. If any issues do arise we will resolve them quickly and efficiently. You will always benefit from the personal service. At the end of the placement we will ask for your feedback on the candidate and also our service.

We value highly feedback on any areas where we can improve.

Our consultants are not commission led and therefore we pride ourselves on placing the right candidates with the right clients regardless of any financial concern.

Permanent/Contract positions

The same procedure as above applies for permanent or contract placements. However it is likely that you will want to interview the candidate yourself before offering them the position. If so we will arrange that for you. We will support and advise your new member of staff especially if they are transferring from a locum to a permanent position.
