Job Description

We are looking for a nuclear medicine radiographer to work at a hospital based in London.

This is a band 6 position and they are looking for a radiographer who can start as soon as possible and who can commit to an ongoing role.

You must have the following:

  • Degree in diagnostic radiography or a suitable equivalent alternative
  • Certificate in Nuclear Medicine (PGCert)
  • HCPC registration or RCT registration
  • An interest in working with children
  • A flexible outlook to the working day
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience of quality assurance, research and audit.

18 months to 2 years post qualification experience:

  • Either dedicated nuclear medicine experience or a combination of both, with diagnostic radiography
  • CT scanning or SPECT/CT scanning

Knowledge of:

  • Clinical Governance
  • Quality Assurance
  • Data Protection Act
  • IR(M)WE 17
  • Other relevant legislation and guidance
