We have had a great MRI position come up for a private clinic close to London Bridge.

Job Description

As Senior MRI Radiographer you will provide a customer focused high quality diagnostic Radiography service to our patients and service users; undertaking and performing all MRI procedures.

This is a full time role working 37.5hrs per week (Covering shifts between 8 am until 8 pm – There is weekend on-call) . The department has 1.5T and 3T MRI Scanners.

The attractive and competitive salary for this role is between £39,902 – £46,552 and will be dependent upon skills and experience

Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Provide a professional standard of excellence in MRI services for all patients
  • Work closely with the Radiologists and Consultants in setting up policies and protocols for all MRI imaging and patient pathways
  • identify improvements on an ongoing basis and oversee the implementation of such improvements as agreed with the line manager
  • Assist with patient bookings and administrative duties where necessary, ensuring verified radiologist reports are delivered in a timely manner
  • Assist with staff orientation and training

Skills & Experience

  • HCPC registered
  • Degree within Radiography
  • Extensive MRI experience needed including abdominal, gynaecology and all vascular exams. Cardiac MRI experience  preferable
